I want our therapeutic relationship to feel comfortable and for you to feel confident in my ability to treat your issues with a style that fits with your world view. I have a passion for helping women who struggle with anxiety, codependent relationships, as well as life transitions and stress. I provide individual therapy for teens (14+), women in college, and adult women.

I became a therapist because I truly believe people possess the ability to better themselves. Let’s work together to uncover the life you’ve always wanted to live. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
