André Ligondé

Introducing André Ligondé, MC, LCMHCA,
a licensed therapist in North Carolina and South Carolina who provides in-person counseling in our Charlotte office and virtual sessions across NC and SC. She also has additional availability of Fridays and late evenings.

André specializes in supporting women through significant life transitions, helping clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Her work focuses on perimenopause and menopause, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, motherhood, trauma (including generational trauma), and relationship challenges. André brings both clinical training and deep personal understanding to her work, creating a compassionate space where women can feel seen, understood, and supported.

Elizabeth Ballantyne

Introducing Elizabeth, MSW, LCSWA, a therapist offering in-person sessions in Wilmington and virtual therapy across North Carolina. Working with Elizabeth means having a therapist who meets you exactly where you are, listens deeply, and helps you make sense of your inner world with compassion and care.

She specializes in supporting clients with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, self esteem, and life transitions, including those who identify as highly sensitive or feel stuck in patterns of chronic overthinking. Elizabeth works especially well with young professionals, college women, and teens, navigating stress or emotional overwhelm.

Elizabeth creates a warm, compassionate space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. She integrates self compassion with evidence based approaches such as ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and EMDR to help clients shift their relationship with their thoughts and emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and move forward with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Kristin specializes in trauma-informed care, including EMDR, and works with highly sensitive women as well as those experiencing motherhood transitions, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and major life changes. Through a holistic, mind–body approach that blends mindfulness with evidence-based therapy, she helps clients feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in their everyday lives.

Anna Sevic

Introducing Anna Sevic, LCSWA. Anna understands the unique challenges women face, including the expectations, responsibilities, emotions, and weight of past experiences that can sometimes feel overwhelming. 

Anna walks alongside her clients with compassion and understanding, helping them find relief from difficult emotions, reconnect with their strengths, and create lasting change.

With extensive training including EMDR, she is dedicated to supporting women who struggle with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, PMDD, grief and loss, and the challenges of being a highly sensitive person. Grief work is a core specialty of hers, and she gently supports clients navigating loss in all its forms, whether from death, relationship changes, identity shifts, or major life transitions.

Anna provides a safe and supportive space where women feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater balance and confidence.

Introducing Katherine Hyde Hensley, PsyD. She has extensive experience walking alongside women through the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive health, and hormonal concerns.

Dr. Katherine Hyde Hensley

She specializes in supporting women through maternal mental health, fertility challenges, hormonal transitions (including menopause), trauma and grief, and major life changes. As a certified birth, postpartum, and palliative doula, she deeply understands the emotional impact these experiences carry.

Clients who work with Katherine often find comfort in her women-centered approach, where their stories are heard without judgment and their struggles are met with validation. Katherine’s goal is to help women move beyond coping – to rediscover hope, connection, and confidence in every stage of life.

Amanda Evans

Billing Coordinator

Originally from Colorado, she now lives in North Carolina with her husband and their three cats. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice and a master’s in psychology, Amanda began her career in a private therapy practice, where she discovered her passion for guiding clients and simplifying the complexities of insurance.
