Overcoming Anxiety, Perfectionism & People-Pleasing

If you constantly battle anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, it may feel like nothing you do is ever enough. The pressure to meet everyone’s expectations can leave you drained and disconnected. In therapy, you’ll learn practical skills to calm racing thoughts, set healthy boundaries, and release unrealistic standards. With the right support, you can create space to breathe, focus on what matters most, and finally put yourself first.

Depression, Stress & Life Transitions

At times, the weight of depression, stress, or major life transitionssuch college stress, career shifts, relationship changes, can feel paralyzing. You may feel stuck in cycles of exhaustion, self-doubt, or hopelessness. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you feeling trapped and create tools to help you feel more grounded and resilient. You’ll rediscover hope, confidence, and a renewed ability to handle life’s ups and downs.

Navigating Grief & Loss

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a season of life, you may feel waves of sadness, numbness, anger, or confusion that are hard to put into words. You might feel stuck between wanting to move forward and needing space to honor what you have lost. In therapy, you will have a compassionate, steady place to share your experience, process your emotions at your own pace, and begin finding a sense of grounding again. With support, you can learn how to carry your grief in a way that leaves room for healing, connection, and hope.

Support for PMDD & Hormone-Related Shifts

Living with PMDD or hormone-related mood issues can leave you feeling out of control, isolated, or misunderstood. The emotional shifts can disrupt your relationships, work, and sense of self. In therapy, we’ll explore how these changes affect your daily life and build coping tools to manage symptoms. With support, you’ll find more balance, stability, and compassion for yourself as you move through these transitions.

Healing from Trauma

Past experiences can shape how you see yourself and the world, but they don’t have to control your future. If you’re carrying the weight of trauma, we’ll work together to process those memories safely and effectively. Through EMDR and trauma-informed care, you’ll learn to reduce the intensity of past wounds and reclaim your sense of self. Together, we’ll build resilience and guide you toward healing and freedom.

EMDR Therapy

If you feel stuck in painful memories, overwhelming emotions, or patterns that don’t seem to change despite your best efforts, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) may help. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming. While often used for trauma and PTSD, EMDR can also be effective for anxiety, panic attacks, grief, negative self-beliefs, and other experiences that continue to impact your daily life. Together, we’ll determine whether EMDR is the right fit for you and move at a pace that feels safe, helping you find lasting relief and greater confidence in moving forward.

Support for College Students & Young Adults

Whether you’re adjusting to college, graduating, beginning your career, or figuring out who you want to become, these years can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. You may be struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, friendships, family expectations, academic or career pressure, or uncertainty about your future. Maybe you’re navigating your first serious relationship, learning how to set boundaries, or trying to balance everyone’s expectations while discovering your own. Together, we’ll build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and help you navigate this season with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in who you are so you can move forward with confidence, even when life feels uncertain.

Practical, Skills-Based Approach

Therapy is more than just having someone listen, it’s about creating meaningful change that continues long after each session ends. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build lasting skills. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also developing tangible tools you can use in your everyday life.

Whether it’s coping strategies, communication techniques, reflection exercises, or personalized homework between sessions, you’ll leave with practical ways to apply what you’re learning.

My goal is for you to feel more confident, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges, both in and outside of therapy.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to create a space where you can simply be yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out before you walk through the door. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion while gently helping you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll celebrate your progress, navigate setbacks without judgment, and move at a pace that feels both supportive and empowering.

Take the Next Step

You don’t have to carry these challenges alone. With warmth, empathy, and evidence-based tools, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and growth. If you’re ready to feel more balanced, confident, and hopeful, I’d love to connect.
