It was during this period that Monica was fortunate to witness the healing power of nutrition. Seeking more knowledge, she chose to sell her business and return to school for nutrition. Shortly after graduation, she became a Certified Nutrition Coach and began to understand that nutrition is but a spoke on the wheel of total wellness.
As a personal trainer, Monica specializes in pelvic floor and core training, an area she believes is extremely important yet lacks sufficient information and resources.
