With a Doctorate in Psychology and an interdisciplinary specialization in Reproductive Social Justice, she approaches healing through a feminist lens that honors each woman’s innate strength and ability to grow.

Her therapeutic style blends Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering clients a balance of practical tools and deep emotional exploration.
